A Planning Application has been submitted for a new Stadium for Gloucester City FC

JANUARY NEWS

J. Mason Associates were successful in obtaining planning approval for the following projects: 

  • Two storey student accommodation building with access off Convent Close for Chase Grammar School;
  • Side, rear and front extension to 1 Hartlands Avenue, Stafford;
  • Garage conversion to habitable room at Holmleigh, Lapley Road, Wheaton Aston.

DECEMBER NEWS

J Mason Associates have been appointed Architects for the refurbishment of the former Sunbeamland factory in Wolverhampton.  The factory is the former home of the Sunbeam Car Plant and has a long history in the City.

The refubishment will see the factory converted into 111 apartments including specialist disability living units, and a planing application will be submitted to Wolverhampton City Council shortly with works expected to start in Spring 2014.

J. Mason Associates have completed  the fit-out of three floors of offices at 1 Colmore Row, Birmingham.  The project sees the creation of new class A offices and meeting rooms for 2 Sister's Food Group.  The works were carried out by London based Contractor K2Space, and have created a high quality bespoke office interior.

J. Mason Associates were successful in obtaining planning approval for the following projects: 

  • Residential development of 5 pairs of 2 storey 3 bedroom houses, 3 detached 2 storey 4 bedroom houses and 1 detached 3 bedroom bungalow at the former Hednesford Court Office, Anglesey Street, Hednesford;
  • Single storey side extension to 74 Litttleworth Road, Cannock;
  • Erection of a two bedroomed bungalow at 60 Haywards Avenue, Donnington, Telford;
  • Demolition of existing residential block and erection of block of 3 no. terraced two storey dwellings at 14, 14a, 16 & 16A The Crescent, Donnington,Teflord;
  • Two storey side extension at 18 Holly Lane, Great Wyrley;
  • Conversion of original two storey workshop building to a 3 bed semi detached house & demolition of single storey workshop to create garden area at 116 Lichfield Road, Walsall.

NOVEMBER NEWS

J. Mason Associates were successful in obtaining planning approval for the following projects: 

  • Two storey rear and single storey side extension to Giddies, Hay Lane, Longdon;
  • Conversion of building to form four apartments at 9-11 Bradley Street, Uttoxeter.

J. Mason Associates were successful in obtaining planning approval for the following projects: 

  • Single Storey rear extension to 29 Thorpe Street, Burntwood;
  • Proposed single dwelling - dormer style bungalow at 52 Low Street, Cheslyn Hay;
  • Redevelopment of site for residential use comprising 2 detached houses and 2 x 2 bed dwellings formed from the original public house at the former Fox & Hounds, Great Haywood.

March news:

Planning approval obtained by J. Mason Associates in March:

  • Two storey rear extension at 7 Bakers Way, Hednesford;
  • Single and two storey side and rear extensions and loft conversion to form laundry, family room, sitting room, bedrooms and bathrooms at Pinfold Cottage, Martlins Lane, Colton;
